PRT es el formato cerrado propio de Creo / Siemens NX. Su estructura interna es propietaria, así que ninguna biblioteca de código abierto puede leerla: por eso ningún conversor ajeno a Creo / Siemens NX puede abrir tu archivo.
Lo que sí funciona: abre el archivo en Creo / Siemens NX y expórtalo como STEP. Convertimos STEP de forma fiable.
