DMCA / Copyright Infringement Policy

Convert3D.app respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and applicable copyright law, regardless of where the claimant or user is located.

Because Convert3D.app's Convert feature only stores uploaded and converted files temporarily (automatically deleted within 1 hour) and does not publicly host, publish, or display user files, infringement claims will typically relate to files processed through the Service during that window, or to content otherwise displayed on Convert3D.app.

If you believe that content available through Convert3D.app infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice ("Notice") containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., URL, timestamp, description).
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If you believe material relating to you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed/disabled and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed/disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Notice.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and/or restrict the associated upload session. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user, where practicable. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material, in accordance with applicable law, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Convert3D.app does not require accounts, but we reserve the right to block or restrict access (e.g., by IP address) for any user who is the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please do not make false claims.
