By accessing or using Convert3D.app (the "Service"), operated by an individual based in Vietnam ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Convert3D.app provides free online tools to:

• Convert 3D model files between formats ("Convert") — this feature transmits your file to a server for processing.
• Compress 3D model files ("Compress") — this feature runs entirely in your browser.
• Preview 3D model files ("View") — this feature runs entirely in your browser.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload, convert, or process any file that you do not own or do not have the necessary rights or permission to use.
• Upload any file that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Upload any file containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Service, or overload/abuse our infrastructure (e.g., automated bulk uploads, scraping).
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. By using the Convert tool, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your file solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion, for a maximum of 1 hour, after which the file is deleted. We do not claim ownership of your files and do not use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your conversion request, unless required to investigate abuse or comply with law.

The Service, including its design, branding, code, and content (excluding user-uploaded files), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the fidelity, quality, or completeness of any file conversion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convert3D.app and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service (which, for a free Service, is zero).

The Service may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense, and may rely on third-party infrastructure providers to perform file conversion. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the integrity of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise for users residing outside Vietnam.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
